Hello
A colleague asked me if it is possible to insert DVD video into a PPT 03
presentation. I am thinking some kind of video conversion needs to happen but
am not sure. Any help much appreciated.

Not natively I think but you can use the windows media player from Insert -
object and play it from there.

Also have a look here, I do believe this add-in allows you to play a dvd
video in PPT:

If the DVD is in a file, Click on;
Insert new Slide
then
Insert Movie and Sound from File.
I just created a three hour video for my church's WebPages from my Sony hard
drive camcorder. Feedback is welcome.
