Need help converting Notes Pages to Word. I have created Notes Pages,
complete with variable content on each page including text boxes, graphics,
etc. However, as my presentations have grown I found that working in Notes
Pages has become increasingly difficult. I would like to convert my existing
Notes Pages work into Word.

EngineerRich,
I assume you have tried exporting the notes to Word using File - send to -
Microsoft Word.
Also have a look here for this excellent add-in:

Assuming you want to keep all of the text/graphics from your Notes pages
editable once they're in Word, I don't know of any automated way to do this.
There's going to be a lot of manual copy/paste work to get Word pages that
resemble the layout of your PPT Notes pages. A few things that might help:
There's a macro here that'll extract all the notes body text to a text file
that you could then open and paste into Word:
Export the notes text of a presentation

Note that the macro won't retain any text formatting.
This one exports the notes text AND the text in every shape on the notes pages
to a text file:
Export Text to a text file, extract text from PowerPoint (Mac or PC)

You can also do File, Send to Word to get a table that includes an image of
each slide and the notes text from the slide.
