Presenter View Power Point 2007

I use persenter view in power point 2003.  When attempting to do so in Power
Point 2007..I was only able to use clone view.. any advice?

I found that the presenter view only worked if I set my display so the
external monitor (projector) was set to extend the desktop, not mirror the
desktop.

Thanks... that is what I tried, to extend the desktop as in the presenter
view... and it won't project the two images as in PP 2003  :-( any other
advice?
