In greyscale, the font of the title does not show up as white, when printing or in print preview it shows up black with a dark background. The only way the text will show up white if you select color, otherwise it will come out black in greyscale and black/white with the dark background. go to View > Color Grayscale. Adjust your settings here before you print.
