In greyscale, the font of the title does not show up as white.

In greyscale, the font of the title does not show up as white, when printing
or in print preview it shows up black with a dark background. The only way
the text  will show up white if you select color, otherwise it will come out
black in greyscale and black/white with the dark background.

go to View > Color Grayscale. Adjust your settings here before you print.
