How do we make ensure powerpoint flower slide show matches original colours
when projected?

You cant adjust colour balance within powerpoint. Some projectors allow you
to ajust the colour but youre unlikely to get a perfect match

The original colors of the flowers?  I'm not sure you can.

But if you can get a good match on your monitor, this will help you match the
monitor color to what you see on the projected image:
