Hello, two questions.  Firstly does anyone know why 'Trendline' is not
covered on any microsoft help searches?  Secondly, how do I make the
trendline feature work?  I have a basic bar line graph and I have highlighted
the data in the datasheet but the Add Trendline option in Chart is not active
- why?  Many thanks

Probably because the help search feature ... what's the mot juste? ... um.
Sucks.  Yeah. That about sums it up.  ;-)

While you've got a chart open, choose Help, MSGraph Help then on the pane that
opens on the right of your screen, click the Table of Contents link.

Open Chart Types from the T of C then look for "Combination charts"

I think that might do it.
