Hi Darren,
You can change the order of the boxes whenever they are selected by ...
1) Using the draw tool bar (Draw => Order => Bring to front)
2) Right clicking and selecting Order bring to front.
In both cases, you will probably want to restore the stacking order when you
are done adjusting the text. So, instead of using those two methods, you
may want to use the layer tool in PPTools (www.pptools.com => Starter Set)
or using the very well hidden multiple select tool which also shows the
layer sequence (this is only accessible from the customize toolbars option
where it is the second item on the drawing menu list).

Try adding the really useful "select multiple objects tool" to a toolbar
(fron Tools > customise) You can use this to select any object(s) and then
use bring to front. Get back or email if you need more instructions
