Printing Notes and Slide on same page

I thought I could print notes and the slide on the same page, however, when I
select notes from the Print menu, only the notes are printed.  I read several
different things and it sounds like you only print them separately.  Is this
true for PowerPoint 2003 or is there an option to view both on the same page?

Thanks,

You have it right.  You should be able to select Notes pages and get both notes
and a slide.

Choose View, Notes Page
Does it show both a slide image and your notes, or is the slide image missing?

The notes are there, but the image of the slide is missing.

OK, now we're onto it, I think.

From the main menu, choose View, Master, Notes Master.
I'm guessing there won't be a slide image placeholder there either.
If not:  from main menu bar, choose Format, Notes Master Layout and put a check next
to Slide Image and click OK.
Now close the notes master, go back to Notes view and see if you have a slide image.

If STILL no slide image, choose Format, Notes Page and put a check next to "Reapply
master" and click OK.  If that finally does it, you'll have to repeat it for each
slide in the presentation.

Cool ...

This must be NotesMaster week.  Just found a fix for somebody else too.
