Thanks very much Kathy. I haven't installed any new software. I am now
going to read Austin's tutorials though. Thanks very much for the tip.
Take care,
Karen

Hi Karen,
but I suppose you created a new folder for the presentation? Sometimes it's
only the path which is too long. Multimedia files in PowerPoint do not work,
if the path is longer than 128 characters (incl. filename), and spaces in
file name may cause problems. So try moving your presentation and media
files to a folder C:\Test.
Best regards,
Ute

Hi Ute,
Thanks very much for your advice. I'm going to give that a go now. I've
tried all of the other suggestions and it's still driving me mad!
Take care,
Karen
