In XP onwards you can add a modify password (Tools > Options>Security) Note a
passworded show will NOT open at all in earlier versions, In XP onwards the
user will get a prompt to enter password or choose "read only"

One More Option :Converte your PowerPoint to flash

This conveted flash presentation can be played with a web browser and
can not be edited, copied , modified at will.

To do it, you need a powerpoint to flash converter like  PPT2Flash
Standard at
http://www.sameshow.com/powerpoint-to-flash.php?sid=5

How to use it from
