How decrease in text and autoshapes simultaneously same ratio?

click on each while holding down CTRL and then left click>grouping>group
objects. They are now grouped together. To resize, click around until the
gorup is selected the, if you want to maintain proportions, hold down shift
and you resize. Hope that works x
