I have a video that plays as it should in the presentation. I would like to
add a small graphic in the corner over the video. I do not have the ability
to add graphics in the video itself. I have tried placing the object in
front of the movie, but it blanks out after the movie starts. Any
suggestions? Thanks

Sorry but you can't. movies always play "on top" of anything else on the
slide.

Actually this can be done with movie maker2 which you probably have as part
of Windows XP you would need to know how to program add ins in XML but I can
let you have the code free. If you wish we could also do it for you in our
edit suite (not free but cheap!)
