Is there any way to change the shortcut keys in Presenter View?  We have
recently purchased a LabTec "Presenter" remote control that mimics the
standard PowerPoint Shortcut Keys (e.g. Left and Right Cursor keys for
Advance slide and Backwards slide.  However, Presenter View uses "Space" and
"BackSpace".  This prevents the LabTec remote control from working unless the
window on the second monitor (projector) is "active".

Also, is there any way to stop Presenter View being displayed as "Full
Screen" - it covers up the tabs in the Task Bar so that you cannot see which
window is active.

That's not the case for me. In Presenter View, I can use either arrows
or space/backspace to navigate, even with the focus on the presenter
control panel.
