email power point wan't open

how do i get power point emails to open,they always ask for #s on back of
disk.help

It seems as if you don't have PowerPoint installed. Instead, you can download
the free PowerPoint viewer.
Go to http://office.microsoft.com/downloads. Choose your version of Office
(if you don't have it, just choose Office 2003), then choose PowerPoint as
the product  (again 2003) and click the Viewers link.
