I downloaded the PPT-time.ppa and installed it in my Add-In folder.  However,
when I try to insert it on a slide through the Tools Menu, I see the Add-In I
installed but when I check the box next to it and hit Load, it won't allow me
to do so. I get a dialogue box that pops up and says "Powerpoint couldn't
load the add-in PPT-timer".  Any suggestions to remedy this? I'm using
Windows XP and Powerpoint 2003.

Check the level of macro security in Tools > Macros > security If its high
(or more) bring it down to medium, load the addin and then put it back

I failed to mention that I did that as well but still no luck.
