hello,
i made a presentation in power point with 4 slides and some action
there are also two sound files in it
when i play it on my computer everything works
when i send the pps to my parents they can't hear the music
even if i sent the music files separately the pps doesn't work (i mean....it
doesn't recognize the files so it doesn't play the music)
so....what can i do to have a complete file to send that shows slides and
play music in the same time?
thx for your suggestions

The only way to embed a midi is to change it to an mp3. This is not very easy
it can be done but with a large file size increase as midis are tiny.

PPT links sounds files that are larger than 100KB. In order to have the music
play on someone else computer, you'll need to either change this default
setting, or send the sound files with the presentation.

You can change everything around as others suggest, or you can use the free
add in "PFCExpress" to handle it all automatically.
