Hello,

I recently had a group of 20+ film slides converted to .jpgs for inclusion
in a PP presentation I was preparing.  These images insert onto PP slides as
nothing more than black boxes. I can view and edit them with other software.
I can also insert all other jpgs onto PP slides correctly??? Help please,
deadline looming.

There are probably a few JPG variant formats that PPT doesn't understand.

If other software can open them ok, open them, then save as JPG or PNG under a
new name.

Or get the free Irfanview (www.irfranview.com) and downsample the images to
somthing reasonable for slide use at the same time as you resave.  You can do
'em all in batch mode.  Very handy ...
