Powerpoint 2003 File size -- difference between Win200 & XP

Has anyone experienced a decrease in file size when a powerpoint 2003 file
running on 2000 is re-saved in powerpoint 2003 running on XP?

You will get this if one has "fast save " enabled and one not.

NEVER enable fast save!!!!
