First of all, this is my first post on this forum.  I love power point, and I
use it all of the time during work.

I have 2 questions.

1st.  I have click-able links, leading to PDF documents which are hosted
online.  When you click the link while viewing a full screen presentation
(standard) the links will open, but you will not be able to view them until
you close the presentation.  Thus making the ability to link to URL's through
the program basically useless.   I know there has to be something I can do
here.

2nd.  I may have to make this in flash, and then insert it into the actual
power point document.   What I am trying to do is, I want to know if it's
possible to resize images on the fly.  Say I have one slide with three
different images on it, is it possible to resize the images when clicked
(make them larger)?   I could understand if this isnt possible, the first one
should be do-able.

Any/All help will be greatly appreciated.

What version of PowerPoint are you using?

Also, run Help, Detect & Repair and make sure you have all the updates
installed.

Depending on what version of PPT you have, you can use animations to enlarge
images with trigger animations.

Check to see if there are any updates to your version of Adobe Acrobat or
Adobe Reader. I believe that one version caused this problem (was it 7.0)
which was then fixed in an update (was it 7.0.2). It is still an open
question as to whether it was PowerPoint's fault, but it was fixed by
Adobe.

Previous versions of Acrobat and Reader all worked fine.  7.0 hosed PPT links
to PDFs, 7.whateverCameNext fixed it.

PowerPoint never changed.

I know where I'm pointing .... <g>
