I was wondering if you could possibly save a power point presentation as say
a windows media file to play as a wav file or something like that...is there
any way if so what do i have to do to do it????

Wave is an audio format, you cannot save a ppt presentation as an audio
file. If you want to play your ppt presentation in Windows Media player you
will have to convert it to a movie:

For play a powerpoint presentation with window media player, you need
to convert powerpoint to a video file and WAV is the file format for
audio, not video.
You can either convert powerpoint to video in MPEG or AVI.
