Powerpoint 2003 have problem opening file of powerpoint 2000

I have a PPT2000 which has no problem opened by users of PPT2000... but when
my colleague trys to open it using PPT2003 it says that
"Powerpoint can't read the filepath......"

Y is that happening? Please help

You colleagues need to update their copies of Office with Service Pack 2
which will fix this.
