Hi.  I'm using a Windows XP machine with Office 2003 which is fully service
packed.  When opening a PowerPoint 2003 presentation the text is not aligned
as it should be, however, it opens fine on another machine using the same OS
and office suite.  It appears to be random in that it opens fine on some
machines but not on others.

Is the font used available on all machines?

Can we make sure of that?

On the computer where the problem occurs, open the presentation and choose Format,
Replace Fonts.  Look at the fonts in the uppper of the two listboxes.  Do all of
them have a TT icon next to them?  Do any have a different icon?
