I use ppt 2002, student/educator version, but have a 2003  60 day trial
version that came w/the computer. I've never used, opened or registered the
trial version. I am trying to download a template that is for ppt 2000 and
newer. It keeps trying to download to the 2003 trial version and I get asked
for my product number etc. Since this program was part of the package
preloaded in the computer when I bought it, I do not have a CD w/the product
number on it.
I want to download the template to the 2002 PPT version that I paid for and
use.
What do I need to do so the download doesn't keep defaulting to the 2003 ver?

Hi,

Can you uninstall the 2003 trial version? Although that may affect your 2002
version. One problem is that uninstalling 2003 trial may muck up 2002. Maybe

Normally, you install the later version last, so it might cause problems if
you uninstall it. But you might not have much choice.
