How can I change the resolution of PowerPoint to an exported slide show to
800 X 600 pixels? My portable projector will not show higher resolution via
its internal PC card and the PowerPoint 2003 has an inherent resolution of
10274 X 768.               The resolution change on the "Slide Show" tab only
changes the show resolution on the computer screen and/or the projected
screen if I use the computer to projector cable arrangement. My projector
allows me to avoid carrying the computer when I travel for programs if I use
the slides created at the lower resolution.
I deleted my old PowerPoint software (which did output 800 X 600) when I
upgraded to PowerPoint 2003.

What software did you use to do the exports?

And what exactly did it export?  Just a series of images of the slides?
If so, have a look at our Image Exporter add-in.  Free demo available here:
