Sure, just a matter of finding where they are located on your computer.
Usually they are stored in C:\windows\web\wallpaper From within PowerPoint
right click on the screen and select Background, then navigate to the photo,
and apply to all.

I have tried that, but all it lets me do is change the color of whatever
background is already up.
