I am trying to create a digital ribbon cutting for an online program. I have
looked at the clip art and have not found any nice ribbon cutting animation.
Does anyone know where I mught find some good, free ribbon cutting animation?
Also with that I would like to add curtains that open on the PP slide. Does
anyone know where I can find apprioate curtain animtaion for the same project?

You can easily create both these effects with clip art and custom animations
in PowerPoint.

Taj Simmons has an amazing download that demos a plethora of techniques.
