Know how to change the font using "Format" "Replace Font", but how can you change the font size in the whole ppt file at once? Seems silly to change each and every text box on each slide if I want to change the size in the whole file! Thanks for any help! Easy to do if you built your file using the master layout(s). Go to View/Master/Slide Master and have your way with the fonts. Do you want all of the text to become a particular size or to be e.g. 2 points larger than it is now or ...???
