You can have two presentations on the same screen. First, open the two
presentations. Click Window > Arrange All. Afraid you can't scroll
simultaneously though.

This is when in edit/design view, not running a slideshow. There is no
native way in PowerPoint to run two presentations simulateously.

Yes, I had figured that part out. Now all I need is a way to go through one
slide to the next simultaneously.
