How can I change the timing to change pictures for all slides on a global basis? I want pictures to change every 15 seconds. Thanks The Tools -> Options menu item -- Timeline tab has a settings for controlling default durations on initial creation. Once the time line is established there is no way to change all timings - the only way is to change individual timings by clicking and dragging start and end points. Is that what you are asking?
