Running PP 2007 on a Vista 32 bit version.  I'm creating a show to be used
at a wedding. The show has about 200 slides, most have pictures, some with
captions.  We're using a WAV file of 3 songs that have edited together.
Total time is just about 12 minutes long.

My questions are these:

Is is better to save the file as a Presentation or a Show, and what are the
advantages of either.  Should we inbed the WAV file or just link it?  The
WAV is about 118mb, the show itself is about 92mb in size.

I've got all of the pictures in place, but some still need formatted as to
their shape and "5 point soft edge".  Is there a way to apply the same
shape, rounded rectangle, to all the pictures at one time (now that they are
already placed on the slides).  If I try the "Edit Album" way, it disrupts
the existing slides.

Once finished, I would also appreciate some advice on the best way to give
this show to family members on CD or DVD. I do have a burner on the Dell
portable I'm using.

Once the show is complete, and the wedding day is here, is the best way to
run it directly from the computer, or from a CD?  It will be shown on the
same system I'm building it on.

Thanks in advance for any tips or advice.  These are really fun to do, but
sure can be tedious.
