Changes to slides by more than one person

How do I set up a PP slides so that changes to it can be done by more than
one person at the same time?

You can't.  

As long as someone else is editing the file, it'll open as read-only.

Depending on your needs, you could distribute subsets of the presentation to
different editors and then merge them back together into a whole presentation
later.
