My boss is preparing a presentation on the Underground Railroad using
PowerPoint. He asked me to find out what software is available to include
animated maps of the areas he will be discussing. He is impressed by the
animated graphics of Google Earth, but the cost is prohibitive.  Any
suggestions???

I wonder if you could host a web browser control in the slide, and have the
browser point to the URL of whatever map you're interested in?

Hi,

Please do us a favor and stop typing in all capitals. It is considered
