Trying to e-mail a presentation with embeded video clip and have the clip
run.  Seems to loose the link during e-mail.

To start, you have to send the video file with the PowerPoint file........TD

Thanks,  I did that.  Also tried sending both presentation and .wmv together
in a folder, then zipped and e-mailed folder.  When unzipped and running .ppt
it still cannot find the vid clip to run it.  I was hoping there was some way
to imbed that would allow toe presentation to run the clip automatically.  JF

Make sure you put both the presentation and the video file into the same
folder before you insert the video into the presentation. then mail off your
completed presentation.

Have a look here:

Sounds/Movies don't play, images disappear or links break when I move or email
a presentation

The short version:

Delete the existing link.
Put the video file in the same folder as your PPT.
Re-insert the video from that folder.
Save the PPT again.
Attach both the video and the PPT to your email.
Pray that both you and the recipient can send/receive files that large <g>
Instruct the recipient to save both files to the same folder, then play the
PPT.
