Hello. I have made a PowerPoint Show with two sound files. I used 'Pack for
CD' and the sound worked fine. However, when I e-mail the show, the sounds
are not available to the recipient. I originally used mp3s but the same
thing is happening with wav files. I created the show with PowerPoint 2003,
but my wife, who is the e-mail recipient, has PowerPoint 97. Can you help?
Thanks,

P

If the sound files aren't embedded (i.e. they are linked), you'd have to
email the sound files too.  Files over 100 kb are linked by default, but you
can change that setting if you have a larger file you want embedded in the
presentation.
