can not opening Power point email

I get alot of email via Power Point, & I am unable read them. So I took the
offer of free 60 day trial, & installed Power point, if I did it @ all. How
do I know I installed Power Point correcty so I can read & see these emails.

PowerPoint is a PRESENTATION application NOT an email client. What EXACTLY
did you do?

I think what you need is to download and install the free PowerPoint Viewer,
so you can view your presentations received via email. You can download the
viewer here
