Short of copying/pasting, how can I convert a PPT to a word doc?

I've got several school powerpoints to conver to an easy-to read (easy to
print) word document.. Is there anyway to do this without having to go
through each one, copying just the text (not the pictures) and hand pasting
it into a word document?

Thanks so much for your help!!

If it is just text, click File > Save As. Under save as type, click on the
dropdown, scroll down and look for Outline/RTF (*.RTF).

If you want to include pictures, click File > Send To > Microsoft Office Word.
