Hi,

I produced a slideshow with sound and saved it as .pps.  When I open the
file on my computer it works perfectly, slides and sound.
When I use SEND TO | MAIL RECIPIENT, it is sent as an attachment and the
recipient can play the slideshow but hears no sound.

A solution would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Andy

Fix it yourself by checking this out:
Sounds/Movies don't play, images disappear or links break when I move or
email a presentation
http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00155.htm

Or download the free (aren't these people wonderful?) PFCExpress:

Hi Lucy,

Many thanks for your help.  The slideshow is now being received by E-Mail
complete with sound.  I didn't know that .wav files would be embedded only
if they were less than 100MB, otherwise they would be linked.  Mine was well
over 100MB, so I guess it was linked, and the link failed.

I followed instructions: TOOLS | OPTIONS | GENERAL and raised the limit.  I
then  had to remove the existing  .wav and re-insert it.

It worked!
Thanks again.
