its possible to extract a video from a powerpoint?how to?

hello

i have a powerpoint with a video
my question is, if  it is possible to extract a video from a pp.
and i want to put the video in my videos.

Do you have a native PowerPoint file? The video can't be embedded in
PowerPoint so it should be available as a stand alone file.  If you received
the presentation on a CD that perhaps used Package for CD, use windows
explorer to navigate to the CD to find the video file.

powerpoint always 'links' to video / movie clips

Therefore the video file clip should be sitting on your computer  somewhere

try searching for it.
