I have a presentation made in one template, over time this template has been
revised and I need to revise presentation according to the modified template.
Is it possible to do so?

Tnx

You would just reapply the template. Format | Slide Design, choose the new
template.

Yeah, that "which version I'm using" thing makes a difference.

On the Design tab, click the bottom-most arrow on the Themes gallery to open
it. Click Browse at the bottom and navigate to your modified template.
