It is easier to use the existing presenter's view (where you will be able to
actually see the next slide to be displayed), but this does require a dual
screen set-up.

Single monitored desktop, and yeah we need everyone to be able to see
the title, we have a sort of random hodge podge sort of set up where
we take multiple slide shows, mash them into one, then you have to
wait until your topic comes up on the screen, it'd be nice to have a
warning of some sorts in that fashion...
