Hi,

I just started using PowerPoint 2007.  Online help says that I should be
able to find a "Crop" tool under "Picture Tools" on the "Format" tab.

I don't seem to have a "Format" tab.  I can't find "Picture Tools" anywhere
(or the "Crop" tool for that matter).

Can anyone tell me where I can find these things.

Thanks in advance,
Paul

Select the picture and the "Picture Tools" and "Format" tab miraculously
appear. (As it says in the Help you looked at.....)

You need to select a picture first, then the Picture Tools - Format
contextual tab will appear.
