If the VB toolbar isn't already visible, choose View, Toolbars and put a check
next to Visual Basic.

On the toolbar, click the Toolbox icon to view the toolbox and from it, choose
ComboBox and draw a combo box where you want it on the slide.

You now have a dropdown.  But there's a problem:  it contains nothing.

This will help fill it with good stuff:

Manipulating Listbox and Combobox controls on slides

Now it contains stuff.  But there's a problem:  it does nothing.

What did you want it to do?
