I have made some favorite pictures into slides with added sound music from a
file.  How can i make this into a power point presentation - so no editing
can be done by others when viewing it.
thanks

Have a look here for several options:

Once I tried a lot to keep my powerpoint from being modified by others
like you, but password protecting is so unfriendly for viewers. So
then I attempted to transform my ppt files to flash movies. This can
combine presentation with music files in one flash file, and others
cannot edit this flash file. Maybe this some alternative way to solve
the problem. I'm glad to recommend some presentation tools to do this,
such as Wondershare PPT2Flash (http://www.sameshow.com/powerpoint-to-
flash.html), Articulate Presenter (http://www.articulete.com),
FlashSpring (http://www.falshspring.com). Enjoy them!
