mouse by scrolling button or use the up and down button at the keyboard.

how can i disable it while runtime or presenting time only.

If you don't want any control at all (i.e. fully automated presentation) try
using kiosk mode.

If it's only certain buttons or events you want to block, it could be done
in vba but you'd spend some time developing it unless you're already a vba
programmer!

To go into kiosk mode, click Slide Show > Set Up Show.
Under Show type, select "Browsed at a kiosk".

Sorry can't get Thai on my PC or I'd tell you!
Using Powerpoint2003:
"Setup" is left of "Window" menu (3 from right)
"Setup Show" is the 2nd option from top of menu
"Kiosk (full screen)" is the 3rd button down.

See page 10 of this document for a picture

Couldn't find a picture anywhere else during a quick search.
Perhaps someone else knows of another tutorial out there.
