I want to make a slide with a circle in the middle, and six spokes coming out
from it.
I want to be able to tap on the screen of a smartboard (or press a key on my
laptop) to have the spokes appear one by one.
After that, I would like to be able to extend the spokes one by one in the
same manner.   Any ideas?
Thanks!

Click Slide Show > Custom Animation.
Select the circle and spokes (hold down shift key, then select them
according to the order of animation you want), click Add Effect > Entrance >
Fade.
Under Start property, make sure all the effects start "On Click".
