I have a slide with custom animations. After the slide is complete, I want to
give the user the option to "repeat" the slide with it's animations. I tried
creating an "action setting" that hyperlinked to the current slide, but this
did not cause the animations to repeat, it just left the presentation on the
current slide. Any suggestions?

Candace,
Insert a blank slide just before the slide with the animations, give it an
automatic slide transition of 0:00 seconds. Link to the blank slide.
