After I have created my PP presentation and copied to CD when I insert the
disk the presentation takes up the complete screen on the Monitor.  Is there
any way to format the presentation before copying it to the CD so that it
does not take up the whole screen?

Hi there

Try slide show -> set up show -> browsed by individual (window) and the show
will launch in a re-sizeable window the same size as you had it in normal
view. I've not tested this on a CD/different computer but I don't see why it
wouldn't work.

Lucy,

This didn't work; I did exactly as you stated and it does allow you to
resize the presentation using power point, but after I saved changes and
burned to CD the presentation still takes up the whole monitor and you cannot
resize it from the CD.

Please help,

Jim
