Webtags to populate the Table type chart - 30 Jul 2007 23:40 GMT
Hi All

I am first time working on powerpoint charts and graphs where I need to
populate charts in the poerpoint slide with the data coming from Sql Server
database. I am stuck at a point when it comes to Table type chart in
powerpoint.

I am getting the correct output for other bar,pie and line charts using web
tags(Right Click the chart -> Format Object -> web -> WebTag). Web tag are
defined in my database and when I do the download on my application,
application reads the powerpoint file one by one and executes the commands
(select, execute stored procedures) linked to the respective Webtags on the
slides.

I am not able to find where to attach web tags in table slide that should be
populated with stored procedures resultset.

This is very urgent and any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Rishi.

I don't have this option in charts inserted into PPT 2003 or 2007

What version of PowerPoint are you working with?
How have you inserted the charts in the first place?
