I have customised the animations on the first slide of my presentation and I
would like this to keep running until I am ready to start my meeting.  I have
tried Set Up Show and looping until esc, and kiosk but neither have worked, I
have done this in previous versions but I cant seem to work it out, Ive spent
two hours looking in help so if you have any solutions please let me know,
thanks
