On our company network, we have recently upgraded to Office 2003.
When a user creates a powerpoint presentation, it becomes Read-only when
another user opens it.  Those on the network with Administrator access can
open it R/W.
Can anyone explain why?  We have SP2 installed.

Don't worry.  We have decided it is a permissions problem on our server.
PowerPoint guilt-free on this occasion ;-)
